Kristen launched Ensōul Flow with the promise of changing lives and guiding others to wellness. Her experiences living abroad in South Korea and doing volunteer work in Africa enhanced her global awareness and made her fall in love with the human spirit. 

After returning to the States, Kristen became a mental health counselor, essential oil educator, and received her certification in sound healing. Apart from other offerings, Kristen created an online “Self-Care Lifestyle” shop featuring organic sugar body scrubs and self-care apparel. The tagline for her shirts, “How I Zen my Crazy,” is designed to bring back awareness to mental health and create an interactive platform for people to share their self-care stories.

Kristen offers individual counseling, life coaching, and mental health empowerment workshops. Her experience has cultivated a desire to guide, mentor, and aid others throughout their own life journeys!
